Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TGX Account ("we", "us", "our"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have legal capacity under applicable local law), that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service, and that you are authorized to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately. Continued use after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Merchant Identification

3. Service Description

TGX Account provides overseas social media account resources for businesses and professionals. All products are digital goods delivered electronically and instantly after successful payment confirmation. We may utilize third-party AI models (including but not limited to services from OpenAI and Anthropic) to assist with product descriptions, customer support, and content generation.

4. Account Registration and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing account credentials with others is prohibited.
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
If you suspect unauthorized access, report it immediately to support@tgxaccount.com.

5. Orders and Delivery

All orders are processed automatically after payment confirmation.
Delivery is completed digitally through your customer account or designated delivery method.
Please ensure your contact information is accurate before placing an order.

6. Payments and Billing Authorization

Payments are securely processed through authorized payment providers, including Waffo Pancake.
By providing a payment method and completing a purchase, you explicitly authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout.
Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes. Taxes may be collected where required by law.
TGX Account does not store customers' full payment card information.
All transactions are processed in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Key points:

First-time purchases are covered by a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for undelivered or materially defective products.
Duplicate charges due to payment system errors will be refunded in full.
Statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws (including EU 14-day cooling-off rights, Australian Consumer Law, and UK Consumer Rights Act) are preserved where applicable.

8. Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us within 30 days at support@tgxaccount.com or via Telegram. We will investigate and respond within 2 business days, and aim to resolve disputes within 5 business days. If unresolved, you may escalate through your payment provider's dispute process.

9. AI Content and Intellectual Property

TGX Account may use third-party AI models to assist with content generation and customer service. Regarding your content:

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our platform.
By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely to provide our services to you.
We will not use your submitted content to train AI or machine learning models without your explicit consent.
AI-generated output is provided as-is and may not always be accurate. Please verify before relying on it.

All website content including text, graphics, branding, and software belongs to TGX Account unless otherwise stated.

10. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for complying with applicable local laws, platform terms of service, community guidelines, and advertising regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent activities
Using our service data to train competing AI or machine learning models
Mass scraping or automated extraction of content or model outputs
Impersonating professionals (doctors, lawyers, financial advisors) in high-stakes contexts
Creating deepfakes or synthetic media to impersonate real individuals
Any content involving the sexualization of minors
Distribution of illegal content or spam

TGX Account is not responsible for customer activities after product delivery.

11. Data, Privacy and PCI-DSS Compliance

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment information is processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect all personal data. Privacy Policy

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TGX Account shall not be liable for:

Customer misuse of purchased products
Third-party platform actions, account suspensions, or policy changes
Accuracy of AI-generated content
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse our services. In cases of termination not caused by your breach, any unused prepaid balance may be refunded on a pro-rata basis. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@tgxaccount.com.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting support@tgxaccount.com. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or a competent court as mutually agreed upon.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you at least 14 days before the effective date via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
