All products sold on TGX Account are digital products delivered electronically after payment confirmation. Because digital products cannot be returned in the traditional sense, refunds are limited to the specific situations described below.
First-time purchases are covered by a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If your product was not delivered or is materially defective, you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve your request within 5 business days. Approved refunds are typically credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
